I've seen (at times) with Sonic and Chick-fil-la that after you make a purchase there will be a 'take this survey' at the bottom of the receipt. After you take the survey, they'll give you a FREE something.
Today I received a FREE chick-fil-la sandwich just for filling out a short survey regarding my experience!
FREE FOOD is GOOD!
